Hi, I’m Jennifer!
As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I work with adults, parents, and couples around various concerns, including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, life transitions, parenting challenges, stress, and building connection. I offer a collaborative, conversational approach to therapy that weaves exploration with practical, research-backed coping skills. If you’ve ever felt directionless, overwhelmed or frustrated by the expectations of life, or simply in need of a place that is your own, let this be your sign to TAKE SPACE. You deserve to feel confident and empowered, to know yourself, and to grow.
Throughout my career, I trained extensively to support children, youth and families of color through community-based mental health services. Through my work at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, CA, I lead several adult programs, including our nationally-recognized MOMS program, which supports perinatal mothers with severe depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders. Additionally, I am trained through Level 3 of the Gottman Method for couples’ therapy. With over 15 years of experience, my favorite part about therapy is witnessing each person’s strength, resilience, and confidence within themselves. It is truly an honor to build the trust and be part of my clients’ journeys!
In addition to my work, I am a Bay Area native who can be found hiking, spending time with my family, and playing fetch with my corgi.
