Hi, I’m Jennifer!

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I work with adults, parents, and couples around various concerns, including (but not limited to) depression, anxiety, communication issues, parenting challenges, and building connection. My style is a collaborative, conversational approach to therapy that weaves exploration with practical, evidence-based coping skills. If you’ve ever felt directionless, overwhelmed or frustrated by the expectations of life, or simply in need of a place that is your own, let this be your sign to TAKE SPACE. You deserve to feel confident and empowered, to know yourself, and to grow. Therapy can be that space.

After earning my Bachelors degree in Psychology at Santa Clara University, I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco. I trained extensively to support children, youth and families of color through community-based mental health services. Additionally, through my work at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, CA, I was the lead of several programs, including our nationally-known MOMS program, which supports perinatal mothers with severe depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorders. With over 14 years of experience, my favorite part about therapy is getting to witness each person find strength within themselves.

In addition to my work, I am a Bay Area native who can be found hiking, spending time with my family, and playing fetch with my corgi.
