How about EAPs?

I am currently contracted with Lyra for those whose companies offer this Employee Assistance Program benefit. Please contact your company to see if you are eligible.

Do You Take Insurance?

I am considered an out-of-network provider, so I do not contract with specific insurance companies. When paying out of pocket, you pay the full fee at the time of the session and can request a superbill to submit directly to your insurance for reimbursement based upon your eligibility. Don’t know how much you might get reimbursed? Use this link and check for free! Otherwise, please contact your insurance company directly and inquire about your out-of-network coverage.

Other FAQs

What does a typical session look like?

Sessions are 50 minutes long. At the start of each session, you get to determine the focus of our time together. If you’re not sure what to talk about, that’s completely fine! I’ll help guide the conversation in a way that can feel meaningful and helpful to you.

How long can I expect to be in therapy?

Great question! It depends! The reasons for therapy are unique to each person. Some clients are there to help solve a problem or get through a specific situation. Others want a space that is solely their own and want touch points of support to be long-term. At the start of our work together, we discuss your hopes for therapy and help determine the length of treatment. This can range anywhere from 3-6 months (short-term) to longer-term therapy.

How will I know when therapy is done?

Past clients have shared that they are ready to end therapy when they feel more consistently happy or at peace, confident in using the skills on their own, and empowered to use their voice.
